Great app, human element is bothersome

The app is fantastic, highly addictive, offers a lot as far as choice, experience, and reward. Only a few small concerns:
1. The community can be highly negative and Im not talking about "talking smack." I mean intentionally hurtful comments. Not for folks who get their feelings hurt easy.
2. The distribution of cards could use some improvement. In real life its not every deal that a player gets a nil but somehow every game you play someone goes nil and usually gets it.
3. Dont know why the house gets a cut of winnings. Also, when a partner drops out mid-game and you win you only get your share. You should get the drop-outs share as well.
